Bill is founder and director of Conflict Management International (CMI), a leading international dispute resolution and conflict management consultancy. Training experience

Bill is one of Europe's most experienced trainers of mediators. He has trained mediators/conciliators from most western European countries, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, South East Asia, India, Australasia, Africa, North America and South America. He is one of the longest serving members of the CEDR training faculty, and heads up many of CMI's training initiatives.

 

Professional Background

Bill was for 11 years Executive Director of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London, and remains one of it leading mediators. Prior to that he was a corporate lawyer in the UK and Paris, with a broad commercial and corporate law practice (mergers and acquisitions, flotations, partnerships, venture capital, insolvency, start-up companies, etc).
