Bill has trained thousands of people, around the world, in mediation, conflict resolution and negotiations skills. Participants include professional mediators and negotiators, business leaders, judges, lawyers and other professionals, NGO teams, diplomats and political figures.
Tailor-Made Training
Bill does not generally offer publicly available courses, but rather responds to specific requests for tailor-made training. These include:
- Basic mediation skills
- Advanced mediation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Conflict resolution theory and practice
- One-to-one briefing or coaching for senior figures
Bill also trains in partnership with the Edward M Kennedy Institute for Conflict Intervention. This training is focussed on political peace processes – see for example the 2016 course.
