Bill’s Russian experience expands
Bill is delighted to be building on his already extensive experience of Russian-related mediations.
In the last few months, he has mediated two major Russian-based commercial disputes, one in Moscow, the other out of St Petersburg. He has also recently joined a select group of international mediators forming the international panel of the Moscow-based Scientific and Methodological Center for Mediation and Law.
This adds to his extensive history of mediation work in Russia/CIS, including founding and chairing a forum for eleven regional countries to cooperate on mediation developments (2016), advising the Russian Government on dispute resolution reforms in the welfare sector (1999-2002), and mediating numerous Russian/CIS-based disputes.
