Bill was back in Singapore this week as a guest of the Singapore Government, focusing on Investor-State mediation as part of Singapore Convention Week 2023.  This outstanding annual event is an expression of Singapore’s international leadership in mediation, and brings together experts from around the globe – Asia,  Europe, Australasia, Africa and North and South America.

Bill was speaking to a private forum of government representatives from some 40 countries on the practicalities and challenges of Investor-State mediation, alongside representatives from ICSID, the UN and elsewhere.

And beyond the technical stuff, Singaporean hospitality was – as always – the best!
